With AI, building is cheap enough that many teams build first and see what sticks. What stays expensive is finding out why something doesn't stick. Send us one recent interview and we grade how it asks, so you see which questions invited a polite yes.
Upload a transcript and the report arrives by mail, usually within a few minutes, quoting your own questions. Free, twice per address. Or read the free 28-page flyer.
Customers say yes in interviews because the question invited it and answering costs them nothing.
Switching costs them something: habits to break, colleagues to convince and anxiety about what goes wrong. Interviews that ask about the last time someone switched bring those costs out, whether you ask before you build or after the feature sits unused.
Nobody reads an interview back to the person who ran it, so the interviews don't get better and start to feel like extra work next to the sprint.
A course doesn't fix that because it ends with a certificate, while the habit still has to survive the next release. What helps is a measurement before, one just after and a check-in every month for three months.
The CEO asks for a number, so each step produces one.
Before and just after
Every person does an interview before the training day and another just after it, so you see what changed in their own lines.
At 30, 60 and 90 days
Everyone uploads an interview they ran since. You see how many interviews ran and how the score moved against the baseline, and Jonas goes through the numbers with you in a 30-minute call.
Scores stay with the person
Each person keeps their own scores and decides what to share with you, so it reads as coaching.

Upload the transcript of an interview someone on your team already did (from Zoom, Teams or Meet) and get a report that quotes their own lines and names the habits behind them. No interview yet? A free practice round with an AI customer gives the same report.

Jonas reads the report with them in a 45-minute coaching session and afterwards scores a second interview of theirs, so you see what changed. It works on a practice round or on an interview with a colleague, so you don't need real customer data.
Book the 45-minute session (opens in a new tab)
You pick a moment in Jonas's calendar first. We send the invoice after the booking.
Up to 8 people: the product trio and whoever else interviews, such as developers, BAs and UX.
Better interviews€3,560
The theory is free and comes first, so the day itself goes to practice.
If the average score of your team at day 90 is not above the baseline, Jonas adds up to three coaching sessions for free, as long as everyone did the theory and the check-ins.
More interviews€5,400
Once your team interviews well, the problem becomes volume: one or two customers a week takes months before a pattern shows. So Jonas runs an interview sprint with your team.
After the first sprint, your team should be able to run interviews autonomously and repeatedly, like a new habit.
If fewer than five interviews are booked by the day before the sprint starts, you get 50% back and Jonas holds one coaching session on the interviews you did run. If a backlog item can't be linked to a pattern, Jonas reviews your backlog and gives an overall recommendation to fix that structurally, with a 5-why analysis and a solution.
Teams can also take both.
All prices exclude VAT. Your transcripts stay yours: a data processing agreement comes with every team step. Want it tailored to your domain and backlog? We price that for your situation. How we store and delete transcripts
Jonas built the scoring on the switch interview method and tested it on ten real switch interviews done by experienced interviewers, with every move labelled by hand. The comparison with an independent labeller is still in testing, and we publish it on the method page, whether the news is good or bad.
Thirty minutes with Jonas is enough to say where your team stands and which numbers you want to show at 90 days. It is a first conversation and nothing is expected afterwards.
