Your team practises for a day on its own customers and its own backlog, so the whole day is about your case. What your team shows stays inside the company: we sign your NDA before the day and keep nothing afterwards.
Everyone gets the flyer: 28 pages with the theory and an AI prompt that tutors you through it at your own level. You also run a free practice conversation with an AI customer in the app, to get used to the tool.
You practise in groups of three with real people. Jonas goes through each conversation with one of the three. The rubric goes home with you, so you can repeat the exercise in your own team.
Every participant gets a free practice conversation and 3 included readings: just before the day, just after it and 30 days later.
€3,560 per team of up to 8 people, excl. VAT. We invoice the day directly, so there is no online payment.
