Cookie policy

This policy applies to www.customer-conversations.com, run by ProductMicrobe BV (Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, B-9040 Gent, VAT BE0729995472). It says which cookies and similar techniques we use and how you change your choice. How we handle personal data is in the privacy policy. For the practice tool at app.customer-conversations.com the Cookie Policy of the app applies.
Your choice
On your first visit a banner asks whether we may place analytics cookies. Refusing and accepting carry the same weight. Without your consent we place only the necessary cookie below and PostHog does not start. Your choice lasts six months and is shared with the app; after that we ask again. You change it at any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. Refusing or withdrawing stops the analytics and removes the optional cookies.
