Terms of service

Effective from 12 October 2026

These terms govern your use of www.customer-conversations.com and the services offered there: workshops and trainings on customer conversations, the Claude Skills for processing interviews, and tailoring and coaching in product discovery. They are operated by ProductMicrobe BV, Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, B-9040 Gent, Belgium (VAT BE0729995472).

Registrations for the open day also fall under the workshop terms. The practice tool at app.customer-conversations.com has its own Terms of Service.

By using the site or buying a service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use them.

1. Changes

We may change these terms at any time. We update this page when we do, and changes take effect when we publish them. If you keep using the site or services afterwards, you accept the updated terms.

2. Use of the site

By using the site you agree that you will not:

  • modify, copy, reproduce, transmit or create derivative works of any part of the site or its materials;
  • use the site for any unlawful purpose or in a way that breaches applicable law;
  • try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its related systems or the networks connected to it;
  • send unsolicited advertising or promotional material through the site, including the contact form;
  • collect or use personal data about other people without their explicit consent;
  • use an automated tool (scraper, bot, crawler) against the site without our prior written consent.

3. Services and agreements

You can subscribe to an open day on the site; ProductMicrobe BV invoices the seat afterwards. Other services, such as an in-company workshop, the starter set of Claude Skills, tailoring and coaching, are agreed with you before they start, by email or through the contact form, and invoiced by ProductMicrobe BV. The price and scope that apply are the ones shown on the page or in our offer.

4. Payments

Open day seats are sold to businesses. ProductMicrobe BV sends an invoice by email after you subscribe, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. If you pay late, interest and costs for late payment can apply under Belgian law (Act of 2 August 2002). Our refund policy says what happens if you cancel.

5. Intellectual property

The site, its content and the materials we provide (prompts, summaries, Claude Skills, rubrics and slides) are owned by or licensed to ProductMicrobe BV and protected by Belgian and international intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own work, and for your own team if you bought the service for the team. You may not resell, publish or create derivative works from them without our written permission. This licence ends automatically if you breach these terms.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The site is provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error free or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ProductMicrobe BV, its directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including loss of profits or revenue, loss of data, loss of business or goodwill and interruption of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or services, even if we were told such damages were possible. Our total liability for any claim does not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that led to the claim.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Belgian consumer law.

8. Accuracy of materials

The content of the site and the materials are general information. We do not warrant their accuracy, completeness or currency, and we do not promise a specific business result. You rely on them at your own risk.

9. Links to third-party sites

The site may link to websites we do not operate, such as Cal.com and the practice tool. We have no control over their content or practices and accept no liability for them.

10. Termination

We may suspend or end your access to the site at our own discretion and without notice, for conduct that we believe breaches these terms or harms other people, third parties or the site.

11. Severance

If a court finds a provision of these terms invalid or unenforceable, we modify it to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable. All other provisions remain in full force.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Belgium (Flanders). Any dispute about these terms or the services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ghent, unless mandatory consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
