Workshop terms

These terms apply to your subscription to the open day on customer conversations by ProductMicrobe BV, the company of Jonas Van Poucke ("we"), Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, 9040 Sint-Amandsberg, Belgium (VAT BE0729995472). The credits on app.customer-conversations.com are covered by the Terms of Service as well.

The day

The open day lasts one day, in Ghent, on the date and hours shown at your subscription. The address follows by email as soon as it is known.

Price and payment

The price is on the open-day page and excludes VAT. Open day seats are sold to businesses: you give your company name, VAT number and address when you subscribe. Your seat is reserved when you subscribe. ProductMicrobe BV sends the invoice by email, payable within 14 days of the invoice date. If an invoice is paid late, interest and costs for late payment can apply under Belgian law (Act of 2 August 2002).

Cancelling by you

Up to 14 days before the open day you owe nothing: we cancel the invoice, or pay back what you already paid. After that the full price stays due, but you may send a colleague in your place up to the day itself. You cancel by mail to info@customer-conversations.com; a refund goes back by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.

Changes by us

On 30 October 2026 we decide whether the open day goes ahead on the first date. If we move it, we tell you the same day and you choose: your seat moves with it, or you owe nothing and we pay back anything you already paid. If the open day cannot go ahead because of force majeure, you owe nothing and we pay back anything you already paid.

Materials and credits

The theory document and the AI prompt are for your own use. The 3 credits on app.customer-conversations.com are included with your seat; the app's terms of service apply to how you use them.

Your data

We keep your name, work email, company, role, VAT number and billing address to organise the day and to invoice you. We also keep the domain of your email address and the UTM data of the link you arrived through, for the statistics of this workshop. This data is separate from your account on the app. More is in the privacy policy.

Governing law

Belgian law applies.
