Refund policy
Effective from 13 October 2026
This policy applies to purchases on www.customer-conversations.com from ProductMicrobe BV, the company of Jonas Van Poucke (“we”), Adolf Baeyensstraat 109, B-9040 Gent, Belgium (VAT BE0729995472). For credit packs on the practice tool at app.customer-conversations.com, the Refund Policy of the app applies.
Open day seats are sold to businesses and invoiced by ProductMicrobe BV. If you already paid, a refund goes back by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
Open day: cancelling by you
Up to 14 days before the open day you owe nothing: we cancel the invoice, or pay back what you already paid. After that the full price stays due, but you may send a colleague in your place up to the day itself. The workshop terms say the same.
Open day: changes by us
If we move the open day, we tell you the same day and you choose: your seat moves with it, or you owe nothing and we pay back anything you already paid. If the open day cannot go ahead because of force majeure, you owe nothing and we pay back anything you already paid.
Other services

Statutory rights
Open day seats are sold to businesses, so the statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not apply to them. If you are a consumer in the European Union, mandatory statutory rights, including any right of withdrawal that applies to your purchase, stay in force. Nothing in this policy replaces or limits them.
How to request a refund
Send an email to info@productmicrobe.com and include:
- Your invoice number (on your invoice).
- The reason for your request.
We confirm receipt and process eligible refunds within 3 business days (14 days at most from the day we receive your request). The money goes back by bank transfer to the account the payment came from.
