The day in three parts
14 days before the workshop

On the workshop day
You practise interviews in triples, with real people, and watch each one back. Everyone leaves with the rubric on paper.
After the day
Just after the day you do your second reading and 30 days later your third, each on your own with an AI customer on app.customer-conversations.com. Both are included in the price, and each comes with tips on how to improve. Your curve shows what changed.
